The townhouse is located in a secure building in the historic armory square. Many nice Bars and restaurants are located on the same street right outside the building. MOST and landmark theater are within walkable distance. Destiny Mall & Syracuse University are 5 min drive away. Completely remodeled 1920’s home in the Strathmore neighborhood of Syracuse. The property is centrally located near a beautiful park with biking and running trails. Located minutes to downtown, close to Community General and Upstate Hospital’s, and ten minutes to Syracuse University. The owners live in the other half of the home, enjoy hosting guests, and meticulously maintaining the property. The house is a side-by-side duplex with 1700 sq ft. on each side with separate front/back entrances.

Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

This house is about 2 miles from the village, lake, restaurants, bars and most wedding venues. Enjoy the beauty of Skaneateles and then return to your own oasis on nearly an acre of manicured landscape with a wonderful deck overlooking a pond. Make time to watch the sunset with a glass of wine or the sunrise with your morning coffee . Coffee bar included with snacks. In the wintertime enjoy the wood stove (wood is provided but if you need more the Byrne Dairy has some) and games.

Sip your morning coffee on the patio beside the fountain or under the pergola while enjoying the gas fire pit.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this spacious, centrally located home. Close to SU, LeMoyne, ESF, St Joseph’s hospital, Crouse & Upstate. Enjoy the large kitchen and separate dining room, and relax in the living room. You can look forward to a great nights sleep in our 2- king beds in our master suites, or a full in the guest room. If you don’t require full use of the house, please let us know and we can adjust the cleaning fee prior to your booking.

PETS OVER 30LBS MUST BE APPROVED. All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccines. All dogs must also be on flea and tick preventative care. (I have a dog so if are allergic to dog hair, keep this in mind). If more than allowed numbers of pets, message me to approve booking.
