We have Spectrum Cable, WiFi, Bluetooth Soundbar, heat and AC in each room, 1 parking spot and free street parking. *Note: during Winter months, the city builds a sand berm front of homes. In the private house there’s also a very roomy living room with a reversible sofa bed. In the living room there’s a nice fireplace and a 55” inches TV with Netflix connection. There’s also a kitchen, laundry room and 1 bathroom. You will truly enjoy living in this wonderful newly built private guest house. There’s also HS WiFi and it’s own private pathway.
