Relax with the whole family at this wonderfully bright, detached house without direct neighbors. Fully fenced yard with fire pit and bbq. Cot, high chair and indoor and outdoor toys available. The seat under the canopy has a wood-burning stove and comfortable pillows. There is also a large greenhouse with spacious dining table. Once it's slightly hot, you can quickly enjoy the spring weather here. Equipped with terrace heater. 500 meters away is a swimming pool with sandy beaches. Pure relaxation!

Lovely house with huge garden in quiet area + WIFI

On the ground floor is a living room of 25 m2 with a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has an adjustable Auping bed (160x200cm). The house is fully equipped and there are enough towels, bed sheets and pillows for all of the guests. Fast and reliable WIFI available. WARNING: the stairs are steep and have short steps. This house is not suitable for kids. Smoking not allowed. Pets not allowed. TOURIST TAX: a tourist tax of 1,25 Euro per person per night needs to be paid in cash on arrival.

The house measures a living space of 90 square meters and is located on a 510 square meter property directly on the outer canal of the holiday park. Due to the hedge boundary to the neighbors on the side, you can enjoy your vacation very privately in the garden. The southwest-facing terrace offers plenty of space for relaxing sunbathing and fun barbecue evenings.

The cottage is located in beautiful Westerwolde, an area with old Esd villages along the Ruiten Aa, varied nature, and many hiking and biking routes. But you don't have to leave the property for peace and nature. Our beautiful park garden with old trees and pond is an idyllic place to relax or eat together. If you are lucky, there are roe deer, pheasants, hares or a fox in the garden. There is a mini campsite in the back of the property. So you want to come with more people, you can!
