Lovely house with huge garden in quiet area + WIFI

On the ground floor is a living room of 25 m2 with a fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has an adjustable Auping bed (160x200cm). The house is fully equipped and there are enough towels, bed sheets and pillows for all of the guests. Fast and reliable WIFI available. WARNING: the stairs are steep and have short steps. This house is not suitable for kids. Smoking not allowed. Pets not allowed. TOURIST TAX: a tourist tax of 1,25 Euro per person per night needs to be paid in cash on arrival.

Maar je hoeft het terrein niet af voor rust en natuurbeleving. Onze prachtige parktuin met oude bomen en vijver is een idyllische plek om te ontspannen of samen te eten. Als je geluk hebt, lopen er reeën, fazanten, hazen of een vos in de tuin. Er is een minicamping achter op het terrein. Dus wil je met meer personen komen, dat kan!

De ruime woonkamer met open keuken is dé plek om samen te zijn en vanaf het overdekte terras kun je genieten van het uitzicht over het kanaal. Van je verblijf in deze ruime, rustgevende accommodatie aan het water wordt je echt blij. Een prima uitvalsbasis om de provincie Groningen te verkennen op de fiets. Waarbij de vestingstad Bourtange ook meer dan een bezoek waard is. Het overdekt zwembad is aan de overkant van de straat en het huisje is gelegen aan het water met een prachtige aanlegsteiger waarop je 's avonds de zon onder ziet gaan
