Das stylische Appartement liegt zentral direkt hinter den Dünen des Weststrandes am Brandenburger Platz. Vom grosszügigen Südbalkon sind kleiner Meerblick und Meeresrauschen garantiert. Der Strand mit Surfschule und Seepromenade ist nur 100m entfernt. Die Fußgängerzone mit Boutiquen und Läden, das Freizeitbad "Sylter Welle" und das Syltness Center mit sämtlichen Wellnesseinrichtungen sind bequem fußläufig in ca. 300m erreichbar. Im Haus ist eine Waschküche mit Waschmaschine u. Wäschetrockner.

The super bright 1-room apartment is located in Wenningstedt directly on the sea in the apartment building Dünenhof zum Kronprinzen. There you will find everything you need: a large, mostly wind-protected balcony, a sweet kitchen and the most beautiful beach right behind the house. You can't live any closer to the sea! The house is situated in Wenningstedt on the west beach, with the red cliff within easy reach. On the promenade you can enjoy a sundowner, buy a fish roll or walk to Westerland.

Workation asked? Welcome to the open roof floor of our completely renovated country house in a secluded location in the bird sanctuary on the Danish border ... wild geese guaranteed. Up here you will be slowed down. Just come up - with time for yourself or for two. Dogs are also very welcome - space and nature without borders! And the fast fiber optic cable ensures the best internet connection. You don't need to bring much with you. Everything is ready.

Whether relaxing beach walks, bathing holidays, shopping or feasting in Westerland, exciting surf cup on Brandenburg beach, concerts in the music shell and much more are within walking distance! 2-room apartment/south-facing balcony on the 2nd floor of an apartment house with elevator on the northern outskirts of Westerland center. 2 min. walk to the beach just behind the dunes. 5 min. to the Syltness- Center/ Kurmittelhaus, to the swimming pool (wave pool, sports pool, slide, sauna area). The pedestrian zone is within walking distance about 8 minutes from the apartment. The train station is about 17 minutes away.

The view goes over the city. You can look up to the Keitumer Kirche St. Severin and to the Rantumbecken. Behind the house - so on the west side - is directly the beach and spa promenade.
