Welcome to our cozy apartment in the threshing floor! Not far from the train/bus station (within walking distance). From here, you can reach the city centre within walking distance with many restaurants and shops as well as the wonderful beach. Alt Westerland with the beautiful village church can also be reached in a few minutes! Our apartment is located in a lovely frieze house, you will find it on the first floor. It goes over two levels, the upper sleeping area is accessible via a staircase ( due to the location in Spitzbden, you have little ceiling height). The living and dining area is spacious and flooded with light. Open ceiling beams and cozy décor invite you to linger. Free Wi-Fi and a parking space for your car is available behind the house.

Built in 1907, the "Haus Heising" convinces with its old building charm in the very best island location. On the heart of Friedrichstrasse . On foot, everything Westerland offers can be reached in less than a few ; ) walking distance. The cafe (Diavolo), the baker are downstairs at the house or right next to it. To the main beach it is only 300m . The small apartment is on the 2nd floor is newly renovated, furnished with a small kitchen and bathroom with a large shower and is looking forward to the first guests .

The apartment is bright, cozy and very small (about 34m2, 1.5 rooms) and was last renovated in January 2022. Built-in kitchen, eco-design floor (phtalate-free) and electrics were renewed in 2017. Suitable for all those who want to be on the edge of Westerland and who don't mind the "charm of a yellow-linker's residence" Theodor Heuss Str. 16-22". Small southwest-facing balcony available. Parking. Bed linen/towels/tea towel must be brought optionally available at an extra cost 15 euros per person

Welcome)) You live in the middle of the city and can reach everything on foot. Friedrichstrasse and the Kurzentrum can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. Bicycle rental is located around the corner, as well as several bakeries,restaurants, bars and shopping facilities. The living space is about 33 sqm and is divided into a small hallway, bathroom, kitchen and living/sleeping room. It is within walking distance of the beach and about 1 minute from the city centre. The separate kitchen is fully equipped (Nespresso machine) and from the living room you have a great view over Westerland.

Dieser gemütliche 2-Zi.-Bungalow befindet sich in traumhafter Lage. Der Strand, der Bahnhof, Supermärkte und Fußgängerzone sind in wenige Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Terrasse ist privat und ruhig.
