Welcome to our cozy apartment in the Tenne! Not far from the train/bus station (within walking distance). From here you can walk to the city center with lots of restaurants and shops as well as the wonderful beach. Old Westerland with the beautiful village church is also a few minutes away! Our apartment is located in a beautiful Frisian house. You will find it on the second floor. It covers two levels. The upper sleeping area can be reached via a staircase (due to the location in the attic, you have little ceiling height). The living and dining area is spacious and flooded with light. Open ceiling beams and cozy furnishings invite you to linger. Free Wi-Fi and a parking space for your car is available behind the house.

The apartment is bright, cozy and very small (approx. 34 m², 1.5 rooms) and was last renovated in January 2022. The built-in kitchen, eco-design floor (phthalate-free) and electrical system were renovated in 2017. Suitable for all those who want to be on the outskirts of Westerland and who do not mind the "charm of a yellow clinker apartment building" Theodor Heuss Str. 16-22. Small southwest balcony available. Parking. Bed linen/towels/dish towel must be brought optionally for an additional charge of 20 euros per person.

The beach, city center and train station are within walking distance in approx. 10-15 minutes away, the nearest supermarket is in the immediate vicinity. Dogs are welcome here!

VACATION FROM ME Tinnum is centrally located in the middle of the island and Sylt can be easily explored from here by the women's bicycle, which is included PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BED LINEN AND TOWELS. THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED AND NOT IN STOCK. You pay your visitor's tax directly to the host and receive a visitor's and beach use card as proof. Every guest is subject to visitor's tax. The visitor's tax is paid by the host directly to the municipality of Sylt.

Whether relaxing beach walks, beach vacations, shopping or feasting in Westerland, exciting surf cup on the Brandenburg beach, concerts in the music shell and much more is within walking distance in a few minutes! The fantastic apartment, over 90 m², can accommodate five people. It has a double bedroom with TV and adjoining shower room, as well as two cozy single bedrooms, one of which can be used as a double bedroom with pull-out bed. A private shower room is also available for this purpose. An open, fully equipped kitchen-living room with two patio doors makes the apartment a summer dream. The terrace can only be used by you in the morning, noon and evening sun.

Very centrally located, yet quiet. Within walking distance are bakers (about 100 m), shopping, pharmacy and downtown Westerland. Westerland train station is only about 300 m away - an arrival by car is therefore in principle not necessary, but possible, as a parking space belongs to the apartment. It is about 700 m to the beach, and about 400 meters to the center with numerous shopping opportunities and an extensive range of restaurants.

The pedestrian zone is within walking distance of approx. 8 minutes from the apartment. The train station is about 17 minutes away.

Dieser gemütliche 2-Zi.-Bungalow befindet sich in traumhafter Lage. Der Strand, der Bahnhof, Supermärkte und Fußgängerzone sind in wenige Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Terrasse ist privat und ruhig. In die helle Wohnküche ist eine großem Esstisch, Spülmaschine, TV und Cerankochfeld. Das Badezimmer wurde, genauso wie das Schlafzimmer neu renoviert.
