Puan Stöven Ferienhaus

The house is very quiet 15m from the street. Through large window elements on the ground floor very bright, with a large garden, therefore super suitable for children. 2 min. by foot to the beach, 12-15 min. by foot to Westerland-Zentrum. Opposite the property is a small grove, close to the aquarium as well as some restaurants. Optimal starting point for excursion by bicycle. Modern decor, equipped with everything imaginable. SATELLITE TV incl. SKY. Underfloor heating on the ground floor and in the bathroom DG.

Vacation home opposite Sylt, Amrum and Föhr

This is what vacation dreams look like under thatch: The Frisian cottage "Kliemkiker" was newly built in 2016: 120 square meters of living space for up to 4 people on a nearly 1000 square meter property with fantastic views, directly on the Wadden Sea National Park. A dog is also very welcome. All North Frisian islands (Sylt, Föhr, Amrum) and Halligen (e.g. Hooge, Gröde, Langeness) as well as the islands of Pellworm and Römö in Denmark are easily reached by car, train or boat as a day trip.

Outdoor thatched roof, interior unique design

The house has been newly renovated and has a particularly unique furniture with love of detail. The house has a large garden with fire bowl where every summer night becomes a beautiful memory. In the immediate vicinity (10 km) you are already on the North Sea and after only two railway stations you are on Sylt. Not only in summer is the cottage a popular travel destination, even in winter it impresses with its coziness to which the stove in the living area contributes.

Our vacation home in the North Frisian country house style with private garden can accommodate up to 4 people with a size of about 95 m². The location is central. Just a 15-minute walk to the beach & downtown. The train station & supermarkets are within walking distance. Fully equipped kitchen. A washer and dryer are also available. Spacious living room with dining area. The spiral staircase leads to the two bedrooms and the main bathroom with shower and bathtub.
