On the edge of the center of Hoogeveen, you will stay in our spacious and bright studio in the garden house with an open kitchen, bathroom, comfortable sitting area, dining area and wonderfully large bed. Come and enjoy the beautiful Drenthe. Discover the Dwingelderveld, cycle through the Reestdal or visit one of the picturesque villages nearby. You can safely store your bicycles in our garage, and for short rides, we have loan bicycles for you. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. We are looking forward to your arrival!

SUITE PLOMPEBLAD GIETHOORN Thatched farmhouse. Located in the most beautiful location on the village canal of Giethoorn. A private residence and private terrace on the water. Suite Plompeblad has a beautiful classic and rural interior, downstairs with a luxurious design bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. Upstairs a spacious room with king-size box spring and on the split level a complete kitchen with induction hob and dishwasher. With rental of an electric boat right outside the door!

Relax in the hot tub or sauna, listen to the rustling of the trees and enjoy the evening by the fireplace. Everything is included: made-up box spring beds, towels, fully equipped kitchen, unlimited wood to cozy up by the fireplace in the conservatory and to heat the hot tub. Our B&B offers you a spacious apartment (45m2), lockable, on the 1st floor with private entrance. This makes contactless stays possible. Kitchen with 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Through the landing, you enter your own bathroom with sinks, shower and toilet. The private entrance is on the ground floor. If you come with 3 or 4 persons, there is a second living/bedroom in the apartment available (25 m2 extra) Pets are allowed only after consultation.

Thor Heste Guesthouse

Our guest house with original old elements, is located in Gees in a centuries-old sheepfold that belongs to our farm from 1748. It is a double guest room with living area and kitchen, a spacious bedroom and a bathroom. Through the garden doors you have access to the private terrace. Directly from the accommodation there are plenty of hiking and cycling opportunities in the beautiful nature around Gees. A walk through the centuries-old village with its Saxon farms is also recommended.

In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly to preserve the estate, it was decided to partially convert it into an attractive B&B. The holidayhome de Drentse Hooglander has its own entrance, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen, a cosy living room with tv( netflix), a private garden and terrace. You'll find us in Eemster, just 3km from Dwingeloo, at a quiet road nearby 3 large naturereserves. Biketours and hikes starts from the house. Aldo and i hope to see and welcome you!

Guesthouse Ekehaar

Lovely, bright space with French doors facing south. Natural materials, such as clay and wood, have been used. Furthermore, there is a wood stove to heat the cottage and there is a boiler for the hot water. Everything is provided, from bedding to tea towel, from frying pan to hand blender. You can take beautiful walks from the cottage, e.g. the eight of Amen or to the Balloërveld near Rolde.
