Leather interiors and luxurious finishings. Your private parking and independent entrance will be in the parallel alley in the back of the property. The secluded landscaped backyard features outdoor furniture and, of course, our incredible hot tub: a Jacuzzi J-LXL SPA that only waits for you to Soak in! Private covered parking in the back alley. Guests will be able to enjoy all our common areas. Both front & back door have a secure code for guests to use. We love LA. We love this house. We are family here, and because we enjoy it so much, we would love you to love it your own way. We lately had the pleasure to host a very inspiring sound healer, so we are starting a whole new journey with his Western counterpart: from now on, we will offer a sound Healing / spa+sound package you can check out in our slideshow AND in the House rules. The neighborhood is super friendly and diverse. Shop at the local Japanese market, sample amazing gelato, browse vinyl, or pick up handcrafted soaps and oils. Unwind and soak up the gentle breeze from nearby Venice Beach. Conveniently located in front of a shopping mall, this West Culver City area is LOADED with cool restaurants, wineries and local businesses which are some historic LA trademarks, like the famous Comic World store. The beach is just a ride away, and it usually takes 15 mins with a bike, 5 on the bus ( bus stops are 200 feet away, and they connect to Santa Monica, Downtown LA, Hollywood, and the Metro Expo line) or with the car. This area is experiencing a rebirth due to the massive move of big Tech Companies and because of the high demands in terms of novelty and forward thinking, some fantastic new realities are happening right now. Come experience the vibe of this change! The area is conveniently served by two main bus lines: The 33 Metro bus will take you to Venice Beach in 10 minutes and to in about 50, and the CulverCity bus line 1 goes from Venice beach to Downtown Culvert City, next the famous new Stairs! You can bike to Venice in about 15, or just walk to Menotti's for a perfect espresso, to Hotcake or Cafe' Laurent for the best pastry, or to the Mitsuwa Market for the best ramen... Our Farmers Market is on Sundays, and the best ice cream is at Ginger's!

Cozy modern guest house that is central to all of Los Angeles highly desired destinations (View Park/Windsor Hills). The unit is detached and in the rear of the frontal unit (occupied by myself). Only 5 miles from LAX, 7 miles from the heart DTLA, and close to Santa Monica, Silicon and Venice Beaches(The Forum,Nokia,Staples too). The bedroom has a Queen size bed inside and a couch that folds out in the living room. DirecTV(HBO), NetFLIX, and Hulu are installed on the living room TV too (4Free).

You will have your own space with a private entrance private yard with grill and fire pit. Many nice restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Brand new Starbucks, only three blocks away. Home has a mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven. A coffee station with hot water kettle for tea.
