Situated in the grounds of our Victorian family home, the newly converted 'Garden Rooms' occupy a separate self-contained building, furnished to a high standard, and perfect for coupes wishing to enjoy walking, cycling & sailing in the South Downs National Park. The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.

The annex is separate and independent from our family home and we're here to help with anything we can, while making sure you have the space to have a great friends or family break. Late 18th Century cottage 250m from the sea

Built in the late 18th Century, Tamarisk Cottage was built as a 'two-up, two-down' home for farm workers and is one of only a few original cottages left in East Wittering. It was extended in the 1970s, completely renovated in late 2021 but it retains many original features. It is in the heart of the village in Shore Road with all the shops and cafes but only 250m from the beach. The modern extension leads out to the large, private sunny cottage garden.

A vibrant garden borders the side of the annexe, featuring colorful flowers in various hues, including pink, yellow, and white. This lush area is complemented by a gravel pathway and the wooden exterior of the annexe, creating a welcoming outdoor setting.

Both easily reached by car, or buses which run through the village.
