This is a charming flint cottage in a gorgeous rural setting. This period detached property offers relaxed, comfortable accommodation with unique character. Perfect for weekend getways or working trips. The property is situated with the grounds of a larger house backing onto meadows with sheep grazing and uninterrupted views of Suffolk countryside. The main living area is open plan with a lovely modern kitchen with table and chairs for eating at. A large leather sofa for relaxing and unwinding looking out onto your own private courtyard. In the bedroom a sumptuous king size bed to snuggle into at night and a delightfully quirky en-suite bathroom await you. In the morning enjoy a breakfast of delicious eggs laid by my chickens as I will leave breakfast essentials for you.

A well-lit kitchen and dining area features a wooden table with chairs for four, complemented by a tray with pastries and drinks. Sunflowers adorn a countertop, while sliding doors provide access to a patio area. Natural light enhances the warm tones of the wooden flooring.

The Rabbit Hutch - charming country cottage.

Our charming rural retreat has flexible accommodation for 6/7 adults PLUS small children. Modern kitchen & bathroom. Private staircases lead to Bedroom 1 - double bed + single Zedbed on request. Bedroom 2 - twin beds. Both have en-suite WCs. The Garden Room is EITHER Bedroom 3 (with kingsize bed OR 2 singles) OR an additional sitting room. Travel Cot available for our younger guests! A beautiful beamed chocolate box cottage with fireplace, private hot tub and pizza oven within an enclosed pretty courtyard garden, with masseuse and private chef available to book too for special occasions. Pet friendly, and part of the Serenity Cottages collection in Suffolk, it is within the heart of the village near willow trees and a river set in a pretty conservation area. There are two historic pubs and a fine food shop selling locally sourced foods all within walking distance too.

Located off a quiet country lane, this barn annexe is a great place to unwind in peaceful surroundings. The spacious enclosed garden has uninterrupted far reaching views of this wonderful constable countryside. There is an abundance of foot paths and wild life all around the property and only a 10 mins walk to the village of Hartest which has a great country pub.
