No full kitchen or downstairs sink available, only toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee maker (Keurig) with seating for 4 in section of great room. TV, fast Wifi for all your devices. The 17 mi Crescent Trail head is 100 yards away. Fantastic restaurants. The large indoor pool is open year round with new filter and pool heater. A stream is in the fenced backyard. 50 trees provide privacy and shade. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and 21/2 baths ensure no waiting! 2 decks. Golf, Finger Lakes, wineries, & breweries are close.
