The apartment leaves nothing to be desired and is the perfect starting point for a relaxing active holiday in the eventful Eifel.

A quiet and cozy place with fantastic views of the vastness. The small house is called "Sonnenhaus" and is located in the wonderful, nature-surrounded town of Aremberg in the Eifel. The sun house has a living room, a bedroom (with double bed and desk) and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. There is an outdoor toilet. Showers are possible in the house opposite by arrangement. Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.

Furthermore, the accommodation is quietly located on the edge of the forest with meadows right behind the house. The historic town center is within 10 minutes' walking distance.

A prepared country house kitchen with 2 plate induction field and small oven as well as a dishwasher, a spacious shower room, wall and underfloor heating leave nothing to be desired in modern comfort in a historical ambience. -Kachelofen -private terrace -guard terracotta floor as well as massive Eichendielen -viewable half-timbered and beamed ceilings

By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.
