The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. House with heart. It is located in the district of Minsen, about 5 km from Schillig and Horumersiel. 100 m² of living space, 1000 m² fenced garden, walking distance to the sea about 1000 m. Swimming and dog beach about 4-5 km away, easily accessible by bicycle or car. Shopping and attractions are numerous. The house has no direct neighbors, so nice evenings in the securely fenced garden are guaranteed. Children and dogs can play in peace.

The Sandkasten house is an old farm from which the barn was newly expanded. Here you will find 10 cozy Rooms with two single beds each, so that up to 20 people can be accommodated with us. The rooms face the north and south sides of the farm. In the middle of the barn is the shared kitchen and 5 bathrooms. The barn offers several cozy sitting areas, as well as a large dining area. In addition, there is a lounge with exit to the terrace.

Ein kleines eigenes Bauernhaus mit 17.500qm Land dabei. Mehr Freiheit geht fast nicht. Das Haus bietet gemütliche Räumlichkeiten und hat eine wunderbare Terrasse, die Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist. Ein eigenes elektrisches Tor führt auf das Grundstück. Auf dem Gelände sind viele Winkel und kleine Hütten zu entdecken. Sollte es einmal kühler werden, dann könnt ihr gemütlich im Garten ein Korbfeuer anzünden oder den Ofen im Wohnzimmer.

A parking space and a small breakfast terrace are right by the house. 2 e-bikes can be rented. Attractions such as our brewery and our castle, shopping, restaurants and pubs are within walking distance. The North Sea coast is about 12 km. The location is perfect to explore Friesland /East Frisia/islands.

The cottage is located on the edge of a wooded private weekend settlement. It is generously sized, bright, modernly furnished and very well equipped. It is heavenly there in every season & perfect for a short or longer break in the idyll! For the summer months, there is an in-house stand-up paddle board (SUP).
