Das Objekt selbst liegt nur 7 Gehminuten vom Kulkwitzer See entfernt (Badesee). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gaststätten und Ärzte sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

We warmly welcome you to the "Leipziger Neuseenland"! In May 2023, we refurbished this cozy 1-room apartment for you. Our "Spatzennest" is a small but fine mini apartment and exudes about 20 m² of hotel room charm. In the immediate vicinity of the town hall and registry office, the accommodation is located in a quiet apartment building in the center of Zwenkau. So also for bridal couples or their guests an ideal location!

Guest apartment "Prague Bridge"

We offer a functionally equipped, lockable guest apartment in our modern Bauhaus-style town villa near the Battle Monument in Leipzig ATTENTION: From 01.01.2019 the city of Leipzig levies a guest tax of 1.00 Euro (2 guests) respectively 3.00 Euro (1 guest) per night and person (exceptions: children, adolescents, apprentices, students). The guest tax is payable in cash after checking in to the host.

You will stay in the old mineral water factory surrounded by fields with terrace, complete kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub, spring park, large pool (free of charge). You can enjoy country life at the Zweiseitenhof from its most beautiful side, pet our horses or swim in Lake Werben. Friendly dogs are welcome. Tiny house near the old town

In the courtyard of our Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared this small accommodation for you. Through the large gate entrance of the main house you will reach the courtyard with a cottage that is only used by you. There is also a very small bathroom and a small cooking facility with a fridge at your disposal. The terrace can be used in summer, for example, for breakfast in the sun.

Cozy apartment in a two-family house in a residential area with a play street not far from Leipzig. The city center of Leipzig can be reached in just 20 minutes by car. The newly created lakes in the south of Leipzig can also be reached in a few minutes. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Reservation is not possible.

Our 1-room apartment is located in the middle of a lovingly renovated 4-sided courtyard in a shared residential project with 29 people in 4 generations. During your stay, you can use the outdoor area. Baby cot available. And because it is always asked: linens and towels are of course also provided 😉
