There is one queen bed and the couch is a futon that opens into a full size bed. Bedding for the futon is located in the bedroom closet and includes a foam topper. Shell station/mini mart and Apple Capital loop trail are less than a mile away. Leavenworth, Lake Chelan, and Mission Ridge range from 25-40 minutes away and the Gorge Amphitheater is less than an hour drive.

The IvyWild - Apartment in Tudor Historic Home

A few years ago, I operated a bed and breakfast in this historically registered Tudor home. With our growing family it became too much to manage. Since we love hosting we decided to remodel our spacious basement apartment. It is fully furnished and super cozy. The apartment has its own entrance and lots of parking and even a private outdoor patio area. We are in the central part of town and close to the main street, the market and the Columbia River loop trail.
