You and your guests enjoy full access to amenities: a beautiful, covered deck w/ hot tub & TV, charcoal grill w/ all supplies, sport court, fire pit, laundry & high speed Wi-Fi. Must have prior good reviews, 25+ yo & be in attendance. No pets, parties, smoking, children <5yo. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO CANCELLATION POLICY!

Welcome to your riverfront ‘home away from home’ with low bank riverfront and a private beach area. The upscale cabin is located in the picturesque Shugart Flats community with plenty of privacy on a 3 acre property, and surrounded by nature with wildlife abound and in a newly established mosquito control area! Amazing riverfront cabin! Our charming cabin sits directly on Nason Creek with private riverfront beach most of the year. Located only 20 minutes from Steven's Pass and downtown Leavenworth. The house has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom down stairs and a closed loft with another restroom upstairs. Back deck has an soothing 8 seat hot tub, gas grill, and outdoor dining table with peek-a-boo views of mountains and river. Escape to the mountains and enjoy everything the Leavenworth area has to offer!

The Beach House with hot tub is newly constructed, located on the Wenatchee River in Leavenworth, WA. The beach is a rare find with a swimming area in July & August. The cedar sided house has a beautiful patio and big fenced lawn with river view. Close access to the covered hot tub and BBQ. The interior is an open floor plan with river views, a cozy fireplace, vaulted ceilings, granite counter tops, & original artwork. There are 2 beds and 2 futons in the common area. We live close by.
