There is a wide choice of different movies and documentaries for a relaxed movie night. Also there is a sound system with connection for Ipad or laptop etc.

Our holiday home is located in a beautiful street with historic buildings in the old village of Well aan de Maas. When you cross the street you are already on the banks of the Maas and you can walk or cycle into the nature reserve De Baend. The house is quietly located, behind the main house in the green garden with old trees. The garden is accessible through the French doors in the living room and you can use it freely. The house has its own entrance and is fully equipped.

Here is a small overview of the Irrland in Twisteden, Wunderland Kalkar, the Maasduinen and the Leukermeer with marina, the Roman city of Xanten with its north and south seas with many possibilities for leisure activities. A baby bed and 2 travel beds and a sofa bed are provided.

Great for relaxing, swimming, fishing, boating or just enjoying all the beautiful boats that pass by on the water. The cottage has 2 bedrooms overlooking the Maas and has all the comforts. A sliding glass door to the Koi pond. A double garden door to a large covered terrace. Outdoor shower and free WiFi and Netflix.
