It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.

Come to the hill of love and stay in a lovely home

About almost 8 years ago we found a wonderfull place in the hills around Maribor. Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

My idyllic little farm is right in the heart of a charming village yet isolated, so you can relax and unwind. Your apartment has beds for a total of four to five people and has a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. There are 2 TVs and a cozy kitchen-living room with views of horses, chickens and ducks. There is a CrossFit box for all sporty and infinite hiking and biking trails to enjoy nature to the fullest

Studio Lipa is a self-catering accommodation located in Maribor. Free WiFi access is available. The property is 6 km from Mariborsko Pohorje Ski resort, and 1.5 km from the Europark Shopping Centre. Welcome to my flat! The location is perfect for exploring the centre (7-8 minute walk) or to hike/ski on Pohorje hills (8 minutes by car). Parking is available next to the building behind a bar and is free of charge. The spot is designated. The nearest grocery store is just around the corner - open on Sunday. I'm always available for my guests - I live 15 minutes away.
