This cozy apartment with a special flair is close to the center, only 500 meters away from the National Theater and about 800 meters away from the Goethe and Schiller House. Market, Goethepark, castle, Weimarhalle and Bauhaus Museum are only 1 km away. Bakers are just around the corner and supermarkets are 350 m away. Parking is available directly on the street in front of the house without charge. The apartment is not so suitable for tall people and there is only a bathtub, no shower.

In the middle of the city center above the roofs of Weimar, super centrally located on Herderplatz, the spacious 140 m² 4-room duplex apartment is located in the attic. A large roof terrace overlooking the castle lets the evenings end comfortably with wine. When you leave the house, you are right in the city center with many cafes, restaurants and attractions. A bakery for breakfast rolls is right around the corner.

My apartment is located in an old Baroque house, right next to Goethpark and the Grand Ducal Palace. If you step through the front door into the small enchanted courtyard, the view of the ivy-covered city wall opens up, and a shady seat invites you to linger. Climbing the centuries-old wooden steps up to my apartment is like entering a bygone era. Then as now, the Ilm flows directly past the house - a quietly rushing continuum.
