You can find a Kitchen, a bath-room and a store-room in your appartement.

Die 40qm große Ferienwohnung mit 10qm großem Balkon befindet sich in einem Wohnkomplex, der ca. 800m vom alpinen Weißensee und 10km von der Breitenbergbahn entfernt liegt. Die Umgebung ist damit perfekt zum Baden, Skifahren, Wandern und Radfahren. Im Keller befinden sich ein Pool und eine Sauna, die über einen Kellergang zu erreichen sind. Auf der Außenanlage gibt es einen Grillplatz, einen Tennisplatz, und eine Minigolfanlage. Wichtig: Im Nov haben Pool & Sauna i.d.R. wg. Wartung geschlossen.

Gemütliche 40qm Wohnung in Ihrem eigenen Häuschen nahe am See. Das Nebengebäude des wunderschönen Hauses aus den 60er Jahren liegt zentral zwei Gehminuten oberhalb der Schondorfer Seeanlage. Dampfer und Strandbad, Biergarten, Minigolf und Bootsverleih sind nebenan. Wohnzimmer mit Seeblick, Küche und Bad sind auf einer Etage, ein kleines Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett befindet sich im Souterrain. Eine weitere Schlafmöglichkeit ist als Hochbett vom Wohnzimmer über eine Treppenleiter zu erreichen.

Gemütliches Apartment mit separater Küche in Starnberg für maximal 3 Personen. Mein Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage in einer Privatstrasse. Das Apartment ist hell und gemütlich im 2. Stock meiner Doppelhaushälfte mit Blick ins Grüne. In 10 Gehminuten ist der S- Bahnhof Starnberg- Nord (650 m entfernt), mehrere Supermärkte (auch Bio), Bäckereien und andere Geschäfte zu erreichen. Der Starnberger See und die Innenstadt Starnbergs ist 15 Gehminuten entfernt, wo sich viele Restaurants befinden.

Schon unsere Großtante Matilde hat ihr Häuschen in den Sommermonaten für Ferien-Gäste geöffnet. Wir machen es ihr nach und haben einen kleinen gemütlichen Platz geschaffen an dem man wunderbar die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Sowohl Aktiv-Urlauber als auch Faulenzer sind bei uns gut aufgehoben.
