Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Vacation home on Lake Walchen with garden by the lake

Living in the lake house. The apartment is centrally located in the village of Walchensee. The house has a garden with a lake terrace. The living room with open kitchen and balcony has a beautiful view of the lake. The bedroom is located on the quiet back side of the house. Garmisch Classic, the largest ski resort in Bavaria, can be reached in 30 minutes. Here your apartment is a starting point for activities in the most beautiful Alpine region of Germany.

Modern apartment directly on Lake Ammersee in a prime location - about 15 m from the lake shore + terrace with dining table and chairs overlooking the lake, luxuriously furnished (including electrically adjustable double box spring bed, Samsung smart TV movable from the ceiling), with lake view from the apartment & from the terrace. Quiet, idyllic location right on the lake. There is a parking space right in front of the apartment.

Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the first floor directly on the shore of Lake Forggen with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.

Lakeside house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.
