Tram, U-Bahn and S-Bahn are less than a 5-minute walk away and you can walk comfortably to Marienplatz in 15 minutes. The room is located on the second floor and has its own toilet and sink. The S-Bahn runs every 10 or 20 minutes, depending on the time of day.

Please only dogs by prior arrangement. In addition, there is a holiday home for 6 - 8 persons in the DG.

You will have a room in a typical bavarian house. The house is at the end of a dead end. It´s very calm over there. The bed is 200 x 140 cm. If there is a second guest, I will charge an other 20.—Euro. There are 3 dogs in the house, so you shouldn´t be afraid of dogs or being allergic. They are used to other dogs. To Ammersee you have about 500 meters. If you want to visit Munic. It´s a 1 hour ride by train, or about 45 minutes by car.
