Beautiful exposed brick and beams, with a luxurious bed, in a spacious, historic building. This loft has a magnificent kitchen with cabinets galore. The tall windows allow copious natural lighting to illuminate the 1800 sq ft loft. Originally built in 1895, the loft showcases its original brickwork, exposed and restored alongside custom, elegant woodwork. The original hayloft doors, long ago bricked in on the south wall of the apartment, have been delicately reproduced.

Fisherman Haven - right off the canal

This is a great place for fisherman, couples, and families that wants a cabin experience without having to drive 2-3 hours up north. The house sits on the Fox Creek canal. You will have access to 3 private boat docks that are located 60 feet behind the house. The canal provides you access to Lake St Clair and the Detroit River. The house has been totally remodeled and has a modern look and feel. There is room for 3 vehicles and 2 trailers behind a secure gate.
