Completely redone 3 bedroom cottage on 5 acres in the horse country 20 minutes North of Ann Arbor. Open living/ dining/ kitchen. Quiet and serene with majestic white pines, oak/cherry trees and lots of wildlife. Say hello to our goats, Billie and Chuckie, and enjoy the abundant wildlife. Lots of parking. Washer and dryer. About 2 miles of dirt road to access. Well/septic system. Dog allowed with added $30 cleaning fee - if you bring your dog please mention at booking. Smart TV/ no cable.

There is a marina, as well as a public boat launch less than 5 minutes away and Lake Erie is only a 10-minute boat ride from the house. You can also access the Huron River using kayaks within 5 minutes from our dock.
