Adirondacks Garnet Hill: pristine lake, privacy

Winter: Park at ski shop. Ski in/out cabin is ON the trail system. Private, cozy, fully equipped cabin at Garnet Hill in the ADK forest. Gas fireplace, grill and screened in porch. Steps from hiking trailheads. Access (not lakefront) to protected 13th Lake with sandy beach. Two one-seat kayaks come with the rental. Mountain biking (cabin is on the trails), white water rafting, and tubing nearby. Please note: this is a NOT a hotel/condo or business Airbnb. it has been in our family for 30 years!

Friends Lake Adirondack Cottage

It's a short walk to Friends Lake (private lake) where you have access to the shared sandy beach, and everything that goes with lake life in the Adirondacks.
