Our holiday apartment is located in the house "Ostseekino Kühlungsborn". The accommodation is approx. 40 sqm. They have separate entrance, terrace and outdoor fireplace. For our guests we pay 2 visits to the Ostseekino. A parking space is also provided. The apartment also has Wi-Fi and consists of 2 living rooms and bathroom with bathtub. Distances: - approx. 150 meters as the crow flies to the beach -ca. 60 meters to the supermarket/bakery - approx. 10 minutes to train station

The chic apartment is the ideal base for enjoying Rostock and the surrounding area. In 10-15 minutes' walk you are in the city center and can inquire about all the sights at the tourist information office. The city harbor with its diverse gastronomic facilities is also within walking distance. At the main train station, which is only about a 5-minute walk away and has train connections to the Warnemünde, which is worth seeing, there is a bicycle rental (parking on the premises).

Villa Ostseenordstern is located in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, in a quiet yet central location. It was fully renovated in 2019/2020. Stylishly furnished apartments or studios for 2 to 4 people await you. The bright approx. 36 m² apartment is located on the upper ground floor and has a spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom facing the garden and a modern bathroom with spacious shower.

The apartment Nina offers vacationers, business travelers or short-term tenants everything necessary for a stay. Guests can relax on the terrace. Shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity and with a walk along the Warnow promenade you can reach restaurants or the ferry to the Rostock Gehlsdorf district. The tram is in walking distance and connects all districts with each other.
