Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, ein Kanu, ein Ruderboot, ein Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann geangelt werden. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

Der Fachwerkhof wurde 2023 liebevoll renoviert und verfügt über 5 stilvolle Ferienwohnungen. Er liegt in einer ruhigen Straße in der Inselstadt Malchow, 50 Meter von einem schönen Badesteg entfernt, die Seenlandschaft damit direkt vor der Haustür. Unser Innenhof ist das Herzstück und Treffpunkt für unsere Gäste. Hier und im schönen Garten könnt ihr entspannen, grillen, Tischtennis spielen. In 800m seid ihr am Hafen mit Drehbrücke und vielen guten Restaurants, Boots- und Fahrradverleih.

Die Fewo befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus ( 3 We) im Dachgeschoss. Sie hat eine Größe von 35m2, bestehend aus 1x Wohn-und 1x Schlafzimmer, 1x kleine Wohnküche ( Kochfeld, Spüle, Kühlschrank) und 1x Bad mit Dusche. Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden, sowie Sat TV und W LAN. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück kann genutzt werden. Zur Müritz sind es 20 Meter, eine Badestelle ist vorhanden. Zum Stadthafen, Innenstadt u. Nationalparkeingang sind es 5 min Fussweg.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Fachwerkhaus was sich ca. 1 min vom Warener Stadthafen befindet. Da es sich um eine Maisonettenwohnung handelt, müssen unsere Gäste das Treppen steigen genüsslich in Kauf nehmen . Wenn die letzte Stufe allerdings geschafft ist, werden Sie durch eine traumhafte Terasse mit unverbauten Blick auf den Warener Stadthafen belohnt. Diese ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos ! Direkt im Zentrum, jedoch relativ ruhig gelegen.

Es kommt derzeit noch eine tägliche Kurtaxe von 1,50/2,00 Euro pro Person dazu.
