Unsere Ferienwohnung befindet sich im ruhigen Stadtteil Großenbaum von Duisburg. Nach 3 Minuten Fußweg erreichen Sie die S-Bahnhaltestelle Duisburg Großenbaum. Mit der S1 erreichen Sie folgende Ziele: Flughafen Düsseldorf 8 Min HBF Düsseldorf 20 Min HBF Duisburg 8 Min Die S1 fährt meistens 3 Mal pro Stunde in jede Richtung, auch Nachts. Die Straße ist ruhig gelegen, Sie bekommen immer einen kostenlosen Parkplatz dort. Die nächste Autobahnauffahrt ist in ca. 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Our recently renovated apartment in quiet Neudorf offers quick access to the main station (15 min by bus/train) as well as both university campuses (10 min walk) due to its central location. The zoo and the regatta course (Wedau) can also be reached within 20 minutes! You will stay on the 1st floor of our house, but enjoy privacy through your own entrance. Recently renovated, private apartment with easy access to the central station, university, zoo and regatta course.

Welcome to my charming one-bedroom guest apartment, located in a beautifully designed architectural building with three units. After a thorough renovation in 2024 it is ideal for long-term business or leisure stays and accommodates up to two guests. The apartment offers a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable living room with sofa and TV (including Netflix, YouTube etc.), Sonos sound speaker, desk with monitor (HDMI), a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Centrally located with short distances to Düsseldorf or the entire Ruhr area, this is a perfect starting point for your trip. The bedroom has a ceiling height of only 1.35 m. So you should be a little athletic if you want to go to bed at night. The rest of the apartment is normally accessible and usable without further restrictions. We recommend wearing slippers. Especially in winter, the tiles can be cool

The apartment is in the center of Bucholz and is a few steps from the shopping street. Transport links such as the S-Bahn and U-Bahn are within walking distance. Also good highway connection. The location of the apartment is a perfect starting point to get to Düsseldorf quickly.

Die Autobahnauffahrten auf die A40, A42, A52, A59, A3 sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
