I would like to offer you my newly renovated apartment in a quiet location in Osnabrück. You have a complete apartment for yourself. In the garden you have several seating areas, which you are welcome to use. The approx. 45 sqm apartment has a bedroom, a livingroom, a kitchen and a dining area and an office room. Since my little grandchildren are visiting the apartment from time to time, the apartment is quite childproof and contains some children's toys.

In the Gartenstadt district you will find our newly renovated, high-quality furnished 75 m² apartment. The one-room apartment is within walking distance of the main train station (approx. 15 minutes). Osnabrück city center is about 15 - 20 minutes walk, or six minutes by metro bus. In our apartment you use your own shower room and your own kitchenette. You have two sleeping options: a box spring bed (width: 140 cm) and a sofa bed (width: 100 cm). We, the hosts, live in the same building and are available for any questions you may have.

Our large and bright attic apartment with a spacious balcony is equipped with a completely new fitted kitchen, sofa corner and dining area. On the oversized hammock, you can relax your soul, your feet or both. A large sliding door to the balcony gives plenty of daylight and beautiful views of the rear garden. In summer, the balcony is equipped with outdoor furniture for "chilling". Narrowness is a foreign word in this apartment.

Up to 3 people can be accommodated in my beautiful, bright basement apartment, which was renovated and newly furnished in 06./07.2017. The apartment consists of a 30 sqm living/bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, in which you can also shower well, a new, modern fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining spacious dining area. The garden, very idyllically located by the forest, can of course also be used.

Our 60 sqm flat is located in a residential area of Lechtingen at the foot of the Piesberg and only 15 minutes by car from Osnabrück city centre. The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a mid-terrace house and was completely renovated in 2021. It has its own bathroom, kitchen, balcony, WiFi, Netflix and Disney+. It is perfect for holidays or business stays and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a three-party house just a few minutes walk from the center of Hollage. The Mittelland Canal is also within walking distance. From the balcony and from the living room you have a beautiful view of green meadows and a horse farm. Free public parking is sufficiently available in the side streets. A bus stop is just a few meters from the house.

500 meters from the Osnabrück hunting school!!

This beautiful apartment is located in a traffic-calmed zone. It is only about 500 m to Piesberg ( hiking area ). Absolutely quiet in the countryside. Shopping facilities are within walking distance ( bakery, Edeka,Aldi ). The big city of Osnabrück is a 5-minute car ride away. By bike about 15 minutes ( bike is available ). The A1 motorway can be reached in 3 minutes.
