The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. It is in a quiet location on the first floor of a detached house on the Rhine Heights surrounded by the Siebengebirge, Westerwald, the idyllic Wiedbach Valley and the romantic Rhine Valley. Cities such as Koblenz, Bonn or Cologne are just as easy to reach as the wine region of the Middle Rhine and the Ahr as well as numerous cycling and hiking trails (Westerwaldsteig, Rheinsteig, Siebengebirge).

The hallway leads to our basement rooms, which means we sometimes have to go through the hallway. Mini kitchen. Wi-Fi. TV. Near DRK Altenheim. A travel bed can be added to the bed (1.40 x 2.00, for two people to sleep) if necessary. For guests with a baby, a reservation is possible after consultation.

The second bedroom is only available from 3 people or €20 surcharge on the price. Animals are not allowed in our apartment.

Dear guests, our apartment is on the 2nd floor of our house. We have extensively renovated it over the past year. We have renewed the entire bathroom ceramics and refurbished the other rooms except for the kitchen. It consists of a bedroom, living room, bathroom and a kitchen. It can accommodate 2 adults with 1 child or 3 adults. 2 can also sleep on the sofa bed
