A relaxing apartment on the second floor of the house. It has a living room with a sofa(bed for 2 people), dining room, bedroom, kitchen, a bathroom, and a beautiful balcony looking at the garden side of the house. There is free parking in front of the house, WiFi & air conditioning. Also, I will give you a free parking card for Vrsar public parking. Location is 500m from the city center and 750 from the beach. There is a restaurant, a playground, and a store 50m from the apartment.

Its equipment and substances have a lot of good emotions and fond memories. It has been successfully rented over the past few years and has earned wonderful reviews. This year, the home returned to the family, gained a new bedroom, a bathroom, and exclusive access to the backyard, which is a great asset.
