Located 2 hours from Paris, one hour from many sites such as Troyes and its factory shops, Auxerre and its vineyards (Chablis), St Fargeau (Guédélon), Provins medieval city, this cottage will be perfect to welcome travellers wishing to recharge their batteries in peace (cottage located in a private road)

Guests can enjoy the terrace and garden in fine weather. The courtyard, closed by an electric gate, can park two vehicles. On the ground floor, large living room open to the equipped kitchen, office with sofa bed, laundry room and toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms with 140 beds and shower room with toilet.

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

10 minutes from Sens and 1.5 hours from Paris, this charming renovated 48 m² house is ideal for a pleasant stay. It has two single bedrooms, a living area with integrated kitchen & office space, as well as a shower room, toilet. The entrance is independent, on one level by the street, the house is adjoining our home. You can park up to two vehicles in our parking yard. Access to the adjoining garden is not available. Tiny House, "the Walden experience" in Passy-sur-Seine, has a mezzanine double bed, a hammock-style reading area, a bathroom and a dry toilet. The large pontoon-terrace opens onto the pond populated by geese, ducks and many birds that you can observe. From your accommodation, you can explore the different areas of the property on foot, by bike or by boat. The village is quiet and very secluded. If you don't have a car, please contact us.
