My "7SEAS Apartment" is a superbly styled 30 sqm studio in a very central but quiet location in Bad Oeynhausen. At the end of a cul-de-sac, located at the Sielpark, there is a lot of greenery but no through traffic. The city center can be reached on foot through the park in a few minutes (1 km). Due to the optimal location to the A2 and A30, this "Junior Suite" is particularly suitable for trade fair visitors, business people and fitters but also for peace seekers. The apartment is located in a small district of Leopoldshöhe. Surrounding larger cities such as Bielefeld, Detmold, Lemgo, Bad Salzuflen, Herford are about 10 km away. The connection to the A2 is 4 km away. We live on the second floor. The apartment is on the first floor. The bed in the bedroom measures 140 × 200. Since many guests do not find this information, I would like to point out again that the maximum length of stay is 14 days.

Modern semi-detached house with fantastic views

Our modern accommodation is located on the sunny side of Vlotho in the Weserbergland. At the top of the Buhn you have a beautiful view of Vlotho. The Weser bike path isat your feet. The property is the perfect base for bike rides, hikes and day trips to the surrounding towns/regions. Spa resorts and various exhibition grounds are not far away. In a few minutes you can reach the A2 and A30 motorways. Shopping and restaurants are close by.

NEU: Direkt neben „Mono" steht ein weiteres Haus, „Nest im Wald“. Kann man auch besuchen. Oder beide… „Mono“ ist ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

Die sehr schöne,neu renovierte und hochwertig ausgestattete 107qm grosse EG Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage von Vlotho / Uffeln auf der Sonnenseite des Buhn. Bei dem Gebäude handelt es sich um einen komplett sanierten Resthof in ruhiger Lage und doch nur 1,5 km vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Unser Haus liegt sehr nah am Weserradweg. Die Wohnung eignet sich für Urlauber, Monteure oder Geschäftsreisende.

"Tiny House" approx. 60 sqm (!) + garden, cozy, close to the city

Known from the local press! See article in pictures! I offer my small (60 sqm living space + 30 sqm terrace + 1,000 sqm garden) but fine home. Wishes for the stay? Call me. I'm working on excursion ideas for the area. But it's already "super cozy" in the place. The following apps are helpful: Sonos, Alexa, Klarstein, Philips Hue and Nuki - but not a MUST.
