On the ground floor is the private wellness area with shower/toilet, sauna and relaxation area with 3 loungers. From there you can access the terrace with a spacious garden area. Large panoramic windows on the 1st floor offer a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea. Wi-Fi, TV and fireplace provide comfort. All SZs are equipped with a box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) + gel topper. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine and dryer.

For 2025 I have a parking card at the public parking lot at the entrance of the town. Please note that Schwedenstraße is expected to be modernized by the end of 2025. Unfortunately, the construction project is significantly delayed. The access to Villa Glückspilz is given.
