A 20-25-30 minutos de La Latina, Ópera, Callao y Gran Vía en un solo metro sin transbordos. A 20-25-30 minutos de la estación de Atocha, Museo del Prado, y el Thyssen en un solo bus sin transbordos. Cerca del nuevo parque de Madrid Río. Puedes aparcar en la calle sin pagar. Barrio tranquilo y seguro. Supermercados Mercadona, Aldi y Dia a 5-7 minutos andando Disfruta tu estancia!

Completely refurbished, it has two bedrooms, kitchen/living room, bathroom and two balconies. It is located in a typical and lively neighborhood of Madrid, at only one minute from the metro station (L5) and 15 minutes from the stations of Opera and Gran Via. Easy access from the airport.
