Beautiful studio apartment in the town center; fully furnished, equipped with all comforts, with use of a kitchen complete with all accessories. Large retro-style bathroom with large shower, hairdryer and convenient towel warmer. Sleeping area on an intimate mezzanine accessible with a comfortable spiral staircase. The apartment is equipped with sheets and towels, also suitable for long stays, convenient for markets, bakeries, pizzerias/restaurants and bars. Ideal as a base for excursions.

The resort is located at a height of 1260 m, and is 8 km from Demonte, and is located halfway between Trinità and San Giacomo di Demonte. Along the road of the Vallone dell 'Arma you reach the junction with the Maira Valley at about 15 km, alternatively you continue and you reach the Grana Valley arriving at Castel Magno (25 km from the house). The house is located in a hamlet (Morier) that has only two houses and can be easily reached by being on the road.
