Small private accommodation (13 m2) very well equipped and carefully decorated. Located on the ground floor of a house, direct garden view. 7 minutes' walk from the RER A (20 minutes from the Etoile), 10 minutes from Rueil 2000 in a very quiet area. TV (Netflix and Amazon Video), Wi-Fi + ethernet. Equipped kitchenette. "Rapido" sofa bed (real premium mattress, the sofa opens in a jiffy and the seat is independent of the mattress). You will also find all the essentials for a good breakfast. Free parking.

Studio-Breakfast included-The Campus Cottage

This studio (16m2) is located next to our main house. Its sheltered, south-facing terrace has a table and armchairs so as to enjoy the garden. Breakfast is included in the price. Single bed. The RER station La Hacquinière is a 10-15 minute walk away. The campus Paris Saclay, CNRS, CEA, CentraleSupélec, etc. is a few minutes away by car and 20 min by foot. All shops and supermarket are nearby (1,5km). We can pick you up at the RER station if our schedules are compatible. Self check-in possible.

The apartment has been totally refurbished in 2018, keeping the identity and the character of the building. A large 43 screen in 4K, and a Gigabit internet access with gigabit Ethernet plugs & top Wifi.

The studio is a 15-minute walk to the train station that serves Versailles, La Défense and Paris. Le Haras de Jardy and Parc de Saint-Cloud are nearby (20 min walk). Free street parking Extra charge of €20 for the stay if you are 2 and you want to sleep in the sofa bed in addition to the bed. We have a dog and a cat!
