It has 3 large bedrooms (1 double, and 2 doubles that can also be twins), 2 wet rooms and 1 bathroom. Open plan kitchen/living room. Under floor heating throughout. The village chairlift is only 200m away and is part of the vast Les Arcs - Paradiski area. Villaroger has some excellent terrain above it and links directly into Les Arcs 2000.

Sainte-Foy station at the foot of the slopes, superb view

Apartment at Les Fermes d'Eugénie, a luxury building completed in November 2021. It is located in the resort of Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise, renowned for its family-friendly character as well as for its off-piste and cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails. The building is 1500 m above sea level at the foot of the slopes (ski return in front of the building, snow front 200 m away). A 15-minute drive away are the resorts of Tignes/Val d'Isère, Les Arcs (via Villaroger) and La Rosière.

Beautiful Loft in the mountains, ski-in/ski-out, 100 m2+ Located under the roofs and very spacious, it was fully renovated in 2022. The kitchen is fully equipped with a central island, the dining area is spacious with its benches, and the living room offers a pleasant area in front of the fireplace. You will have access to 2 TV areas. Mont Blanc view from the terrace. The 5* Manoir Savoie residence features an outdoor pool, a jacuzzi with a sauna/hammam area and a gym.

Nice apartment located less than 30 minutes from the most beautiful ski resorts. Tignes Val d'Isere La Rosière Les Arcs and 10 minutes from Ste Foy station. Free shuttle service in winter. Apartment located on the ground floor of our main residence so we are available to inform you about walks and activities to do. Bar/restaurant + bakery/convenience store + newsstand/tobacconist 500 m away. Tennis court and playground nearby. We do not allow pets.
