The building is 1500 m above sea level at the foot of the slopes (ski return in front of the building, snow front 200 m away). A 15-minute drive away are the resorts of Tignes/Val d'Isère, Les Arcs (via Villaroger) and La Rosière.

Facing south, and southwest, with views of the mountains, you have access to parking.

The studio is in my house but the entrance is independent with a key box. Free parking in front of the studio. My house is in a hamlet far from the hustle and bustle of the resorts, just 3 km from the center and Bourg Saint Maurice train station.
