Exceptional place in the colorful Old Town, a 3 minute walk to the beach. The flat is a few short stairs from the street-level, 20 steps in all. The spacious living room/kitchen opens up to a big terrace with amazing views. The flat has recently been refurbished and has: - Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a dishwasher and an extendable table to eat/work on. - 55" TV - Cosy bedroom (bed 135 cm) with storage space. - Sofabed 110cm, foldable bed 80cm. - Modern shower room.

Lovely little house in old town with a roof terrace and only five minutes’ walk to the beach. Kitchen, bathroom and dining area on the ground floor. Living room, bedroom and loft on the first floor. Both bedroom and living room have small balconies. Small roof terrace with table and chairs. Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Very nice area with restaurants by the beach and on the square by the church. Good opportunity to enjoy the beach, beautiful walks and a nice, lively neighbourhood.

Our charming studio flat is nestled in the heart of the historic old town of Villajoyosa. It is 30 metres from a blue flag golden beach, with a good variety of restaurants and cool cocktail bars. We are on the 3rd floor of a traditional old house, and the roof terrace is amazing, large, and overlooks the beach, old town and castle. Sleeps 2 comfortably in a large sofa bed. Contains a small kitchen with a 2-ring hob. Fantastic location! We are listed at Spanish Tourism VT-479374-A

This unique accommodation has its own personality. Located on the beachfront with fine sand, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 with a double bed. Completely renovated and equipped. Terrace with spectacular views. Wooden floor, large closets, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, Nexpreso... South facing, very cool in summer and sunny in winter. Beach center of the town with a wide range of restaurants and pubs. Close to the port and yacht club.

Asi´s and Nina's beach apartment with amazing view

You will be staying in a luxurious fully equipped 2 bedroom apartment in a prime location on the beach. The view from the balcony is amazing. Walking distance to down town Villajoyosa. The apartment is in a gated community which has three pools and beautiful garden. In front of the community is a pebble/sand beach, few minutes away is another sand beach. Here you can enjoy and relax in one of the most beautiful environment of Costa Blanca.

The best of my place is the location, just on the seafront. Cozy apartment in the center of La Vila with two bedrooms with all amenities, one bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. The best thing? Its location, right in the first line of the beach.
