The apartment is located in a residence in Ischia di Pergine; a beautiful village overlooking Lake Caldonazzo. The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a large living area with an amazing view of the lake; a double bedroom plus a single bed (with the possibility of adding a cot/cot in the room and another single bed in the living area on request); a bathroom with a shower, free condominium parking space, unattended, and use of the condominium pool in the summer months 01/06-31/08
