Located in the heights of Saint Benoît bourg 15 minutes by car from the city center and the train station of Poitiers, 25 min from Futuroscope and 10 min from the Bois de Saint-Pierre. In a garden, facing not opposite, high up with views of the St Benoît viaduct, and nature. I lived there for 6 beautiful years, in 2 different gardens so you will find all the amenities there. It's at the foot of a hiking trail. Be careful for those who can't stand the noise: you can hear the train!

Quiet location 20 min from FUTUROSCOPE, 4 km from Poitiers city center accessible by bus. Walking access for a walk in the forest is 500m away as well as bike paths. Optional linens and towels, plan a small contribution of €5. The option is available from 2 nights. It's possible to store bikes in my garage for cyclists 🚴

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.
