Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

Loft Apartment Nr9 on the right in the former workshop building of the grandfather. The apartment is ideal for short or longer stays, it is quietly located in the back of the courtyard of the Gründerzeithaus in Westbahnstrasse. Exceptional living for up to 2 people. Industrial flair from then combined with modern interiors. Light domes with lots of light from above (can be darkened) and unobstructed view of the sky. Livable location, probably unique in Vienna's 7th district!

For rent is a loft with a combined kitchen and living room, a workplace, a bathroom with a toilet and a spacious balcony in the courtyard. Fast 150 Mbps Wi-Fi and a coffee maker incl. Coffee is available. The kitchen is fully equipped and filled with spices. In the sleeping area there is a reading light on each side and with an internet-enabled TV all streaming platforms can be used.
