Minimalist, with simple comfort, conducive to calm, relaxation and disconnection, our small cottage of 40 m2 including 20 mezzanine ( attention sloping roof, miller's staircase) is installed on the same ground as our house, 3km from the village of Biot, halfway between Nice and Cannes.
