Outside: a loggia with table and garden furniture, a garage under the house and enclosed garden all around with deckchairs, barbecue and games for children. Baby equipment available in the house. Rich in history, Château d'Ancy-Le-Franc, Château de Tanlay, not to mention the famous family restaurant in the village "Chez Mémé"! Fully-equipped house, all you have to do is put your bags down. This is the perfect base from which to discover Burgundy's historical, architectural and gastronomic riches. The house is located about 30 min east of Chablis and 15 min from Les Riceys and about 1 hour from Auxerre, Dijon and Troyes. We are between Crémant and Champagne. It is also a little more than 4 hours by car from Calais and 5 hours from Provence, ideal for a stopover. You can enjoy a few steps from Lake Marcenay, the bird conservatory and hiking.
