St Catherine's View at Chale Bay Farm is a quiet and comfortable two-bedroom/two-bathroom self-catering apartment. The air-conditioned living area features a contemporary open-plan, fully-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer with dining and lounge space, smart TV, Blu-Ray and WiFi. Sleeps up to 4 (or 5 with a baby in a cot) but you can add more space by booking our stand-alone room Tennyson View or one or more of our other adjacent apartments.

Tastefully refurbished and fully equipped, the cottage boasts a terraced garden, with stunning views over Ventnor Bay and the Victorian townscape. An ideal base to explore from.

The Cottage is positioned in tranquil ancient woodland yet just a few minutes’ walk from quintessential Burley village with quirky shops and forest pubs. Ideally positioned to explore the New Forest National Park, which is literally on your doorstep. New Forest ponies regularly wander by your front gate. Perfect for walkers and cyclists wanting to discover the forest.

Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

Rowborough Cottage is just 300m from our family farm, guests enjoy shared access (with one other cottage) to a heated indoor pool, children’s playground, and games room - perfect for families or couples seeking a rural break. With EV charging at the farm and plenty of space to unwind, it’s an ideal base for exploring the island.

Little Greatfield is a character 2 bedroom cottage

Unique situation this detached cottage, with an EV charger, is within the Greatfield estate and has beautiful private gardens within a parkland setting. There is a private security gate for access. We are a short walk (5 mins) from Bucklers Hard village and Beaulieu River, where you will find the Master Builders hotel and pub, the Marina and the Maritime Museum. For the hotel restaurant advance booking is recommended. There is a lovely riverside walk to Beaulieu village ( 2.5 miles ).

At the base of Rowridge Valley in the heart of the Isle of Wight countryside. You will find The Piglet, a great place to stay, relax and use as a base to explore the island. A cosy building with a sunny aspect and a private garden to the rear that overlooks the neighbouring countryside. Due to its location most of the island is accessible from here within a short drive. Explore the heritage castles & monuments, the beaches & surf, and family friendly parks throughout the island.

Easy access to the pretty Beaulieu River, Bucklers Hard, Beaulieu motor museum and the coast. Local village pub a 20 minute walk away.
