THE SEA IN FRONT AND THE MOUNTAIN BEHIND, THE RIGHT CIRCUMSTANCES ARE GIVEN TO SPEND A LUXURY VACATION AND TAKE SOME GREAT WALKS, BUT NOT BEFORE TAKING A SWIM, THE BEACH IS 20 METERS FROM THE HOUSE. RESTAURANTS, SUPERMARKET, PARK FOR CHILDREN, SEAFRONT PROMENADE, PHARMACY, ETC. EVERYTHING NEXT TO THE HOUSE.

The detached house is in an ideal place to disconnect and rest, in a magical place, away from everything, but a 5-minute walk from one of the most beautiful villages in Spain and 3 km from its beaches. A fully private pool, a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed, an auxiliary bed, a crib, a kitchen with everything you need, a TV, and Wi-Fi. Perfect for a couple, or family with one or two small children. It is not suitable for more than 3 adults as it only has one room.

Two bedrooms with a double bed, air conditioning in the living room, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, stove, electric oven, microwave and all kinds of kitchenware. The perfect place to relax and enjoy. The apartment is located on top of a hill and a 5-10 min walk from te beach and the boulevard with all restaurants and bars. The air bnb has a huge terrace (70m2) with a roofed dining area, lounge and a barbecue. The views are spectacular. You will live between the mountains with a fantastisch pool- and seaview. Inside we have all equipment and service you need. Mojácar and it's surroundings has a lot to offer.

Bright 1 bedroom, ground floor, south facing front line flat in a nice and quiet small complex close to all amenities. Excellent location in Playa! Stunning beach across the road: many restaurants/bars just around the corner. Very well equipped with a private sunny south facing balcony with sea and mountain views. The flat features wifi, 42 inch flat screen TV.

Penthouse with stunning views of the entire Mojácar Bay. All exterior south facing. It has a 40-meter terrace where you can sunbathe and enjoy the pleasant nights. The beach has fine sand. In the surrounding area, there are restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and a bus stop. A year-round swimming pool. In July and August, I rent it by the fortnight.
