RESTAURANTS, SUPERMARKET, PARK FOR CHILDREN, SEAFRONT PROMENADE, PHARMACY, ETC. EVERYTHING NEXT TO THE HOUSE.

Beautiful ocean views from every room including from the kitchen, spacious terraces(27m2) filled with flowers with stylish furnishings includes dining table. Air conditioning and ceiling fan in every room. Large closets and fully equipped kitchen. Very quiet area, great for families with kids 3 large swimming pools 3 for children and tennis court. Parking. 5 minutes from the beach and good and varied restaurants. In very good condition and careful decor.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy. The apartment is located on top of a hill and a 5-10 min walk from te beach and the boulevard with all restaurants and bars. The air bnb has a huge terrace (70m2) with a roofed dining area, lounge and a barbecue. The views are spectacular. You will live between the mountains with a fantastisch pool- and seaview. Penthouse with stunning views of the entire Mojácar Bay. All exterior south facing. It has a 40-meter terrace where you can sunbathe and enjoy the pleasant nights. The beach has fine sand. In the surrounding area, there are restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and a bus stop. A year-round swimming pool. In July and August, I rent it by the fortnight.
