Nice little Médoc house with garden and terrace, close to all amenities, only 7 km from the beaches and the large Montalivet market, accessible by bike paths. The house can accommodate 6 people plus a baby, composed of a large bedroom with a 180 x 200 bed or two 90 x 200 beds plus a baby bed. The second bedroom consists of a 140 x 200 bed.
